Peter Phung is the Board Chairman of the All Charities Count Foundation.  Mr. Phung has been with the All Charities Count Foundation since its inception.  Mr. Phung works to expand awareness of the mission of the All Charities Count Foundation, and is consistently working on fundraising efforts to assist with achieving the goals of the organization.

Mr. Phung was born and raised in () and currently resides in Montgomery County Maryland.  holds a Bachelors of Science Degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Mr. Phung has a passion for staying fit and healthy and supports many causes that tie mental and physical health together.  Mr. Phung brings 10+ years of experience to his role as Board Chairman.

Larry C Hackett is the President of All Charities Count Foundation. Mr. Hackett works to expand awareness of the mission of the All Charities Count Foundation, strengthen the foundation and day to day operations of the organization, expand the partnerships and fundraising of the organization and build the brand of the organization to be one of the most reliable, trustworthy organizations in the world.

Mr. Hackett was born and raised in Washington DC and currently resides in Montgomery County Maryland.  Mr. Hackett holds a Bachelors of Science Degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Mr. Hackett has volunteered and worked for various non-profit organizations for 20+ years and brings a wide perspective from both the private and public sector to the job.
