Refund Policy

All Charities Count Foundation (dba) “Capital Region Charity Expo” puts all donations to work quickly, we do not offer refunds on any donations or any donations made in receipt of gift items. For a donor to receive the benefit of a tax deduction, the IRS requires there be a clear transfer of “control and discretion” of the funds to All Charities Count Foundation (dba) “Capital Region Charity Expo”. U.S. laws and regulations prevent any 501(c)(3) organization from giving up this control and discretion.

If the All Charities Count Foundation (dba) “Capital Region Charity Expo” offers a gift with a donation and there is a choice of gifts, please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong decision.

The All Charities Count Foundation (dba) “Capital Region Charity Expo” maintains a web store , with promotional products of the All Charities Count Foundation (dba) “Capital Region Charity Expo”  brand/logo’s. A percent of the products/goods purchased will go help support the Foundation’s efforts. In such cases, products/goods that are faulty, wrongly described, different from the sample shown to you, or the item does not perform as expected, you will be able to choose between a refund, exchange or credit. The products/goods that will be eligible for refund or credit will be clearly marked as such and will not be considered a donation or eligible for tax deduction.

Please Note: Refunds, exchanges or credit note will not be offered on items that have been damaged or worn.

The All Charities Count Foundation (dba) “Capital Region Charity Expo” may offer, from time to time, tickets for fundraising events where a percentage of the event donation will go help support the Foundation’s efforts. In such cases, when we receive your event donation, we believe it was your full intention to support our efforts to support the objective of the event and or foundation. The All Charities Count Foundation (dba) “Capital Region Charity Expo” does not offer refunds on any donations or any donations made for events. The ticket may be transferred to another designated attendee. Please notify the All Charities Count Foundation (dba) “Capital Region Charity Expo” of this transfer at support@allcharitiescountfoundation.org.
